Who are we?
Cucina Aragona are an at-home cooking service, made up of mother-daughter duo, Laura and Zhara, who cook weekly meals for local families. We focus on making our meals as authentic as possible, with recipes and skills that have been passed down through generations of Nonnas. We offer a wide range of recipes including pasta varieties, Chicken Cotelette (schnitzel), soups, as well as a number of vegan and vegetarian alternatives.
Background
Laura has been cooking professionally for customers for nearly 20 years. What started as teaching cooking classes for those eager to learn, then turned into a permanent position as the head of a school canteen at a special education school, to now finally running her own business. The love for food and helping others has now also been passed on to Zhara.
Why us?
We understand better than most how difficult it is to come home after a long day of work and for dinner to be another hurdle. We want to take that burden away from you and make it ours. We also know how easy it is to get sick of frozen, quick and easy meals from the shops, which is why we offer a much higher quality, much healthier and much tastier alternative. So please, sit back, relax and enjoy the tastier option.
How do we operate?
We allocate one day per week, in between our regular working schedules, to cook every meal fresh and ready to either be picked up the very next day, or have it dropped to you under specific circumstances. Our meals and menus are carefully coordinated and decided by the start of each week.
